   caught sight on Kevin’s (emerging) six pack and your in what now? Kiddo, that not your heart talking, that would be your hoenomrs.Welcome to being a 13 year old boy! This is what all 13 year old boys have to endure, only difference for you is you’re not standing under the stairs as the girls walk down them hoping to catch a glimpse of their underwear you’re noticing boys for the first time like they are noticing girls.It’s safe to say your not in love kiddo, your infatuated (and horny as all hell).Take it from someone who was there not too long ago (okay 24 years and it seems like an eternity), friends for someone like yourself are well their weight in barrels of crude oil.Keep this Kevin kid as an ally. If he were to start being bullied himself for spending time with you, he may well go from being potential boyfriend to mortal enemy. It would be even worse if you pushed him away through being too forward and by continually coming on to him.Yes, it would be a fairytale if he were gay. It truly would, but don’t hope against hope, you may find yourself bitterly disappointed and eventually hating him for not wanting you in return.Unfortunately is it hard at your age to avoid become fixated on someone you like so much. Think for a moment though. If dreams did come true and he is gay, continuing to smoke him out of the closet may very well backfire and result in him barricading himself further in.You are a very intensely brave young man, but not every 13 year old gay boy is as brave.Build your friendship. Find other people like yourself in your community and reach out to them, not so much men old enough to be your father (like me) or grandfather (clippersuper, Joel J, bill(Guillermo3)). Be thankful he isn’t pushing you away.In the city where I live there is a program for young LGBTI youth called Open Doors . It wasn’t around when I needed it 24 years ago. It may help to find yourself a peer counsellor to guide you through this time in your life also.You have many challenges ahead. Don’t be in too big a hurry to grow up and experience life too soon. I’d hate to see (hear) you heartbroken or worse.If you must know where Kevin’s interests lie, there are always videos by the crazy guy named Davey Wavey you could introduce him too. (Be careful he don’t find this blog though, unless you are using fake names. That could prove disasterous for you both).Show him the Mum and Dad I have a secret , coming out video you and Voldermoort wished for so badly. If Davey becomes a talking point, it may answer your burning question. Just a suggestion.Sharing Youtube videos maybe something you could bond over. The random fun stuff, movie trailers, music videos. Keep it light and keep it fun, don’t focus on just the one thing.Take care
